To be successful in this role you are digitally savvy and are committed to helping our business achieve its performance by recruiting the right talent with a sense of urgency. You have a flexible, enthusiastic approach to recruitment and are willing to work within a constantly changing work environment.
You will recruit roles across QLD, VIC and NSW and be responsible for the end to end recruitment process liaising directly with hiring managers and managing the recruitment pipeline from advertising through to offer and reporting. You will be a self-starter and present a highly professional image throughout the candidate experience and have the capability and confidence to liaise with senior management. You have the ability to work autonomously and achieve results in a timely manner and are dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, advanced computer literacy skills including use of social networking tools and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
